Every industry faces its own demanding conditions. That’s why our hoists begin with a proven, American-made catalog base and are then engineered with the exact modifications your environment requires. Whether you’re dealing with extreme weather, corrosive atmospheres, hazardous locations, or cleanroom restrictions, we build solutions that keep operations moving safely and reliably.
Hoists built for demanding environments.

While standard hoists often degrade quickly in harsh environments, our units are designed from the start to resist corrosion, temperature extremes, and heavy wear. By integrating the right materials, coatings, and electrical protection, we deliver hoists that outperform in the most punishing locations.
We offer stainless steel components, galvanized drums and hook blocks, sealed bearings, and enclosed gearboxes. Combined with epoxy coatings and corrosion-resistant electrical enclosures, our hoists are built to hold up in galvanizing operations, chemical exposure, coastal air, and heavy industrial atmospheres.
For cold environments, we implement motor and control-panel heaters to reduce condensation and support reliable startup. For high-temperature operations, we supply heat shields, Class H insulation for motors and brakes, high-temperature enclosure designs, and specialty lubricants to maintain performance in elevated heat.
While IP-rated protection is not a standard offering, we routinely provide IP solutions when required and will engineer custom protection levels on a case-by-case basis.
Facilities classified as hazardous demand true explosion-proof equipment—not approximations. We build hoists to NEC standards and can meet Class I & II, Divisions I & II, and Groups B–G requirements.
Such as stainless steel wheels, stainless sheaves, bronze hooks, copper-coated hook blocks, and fully stainless hook assemblies
For semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food industries, particulate control is critical. While these standards aren’t part of our normal product line, we routinely engineer hoists to meet cleanroom requirements.
