NASA’s James Webb Telescope Testing
Saturn’s Winch is located near the ceiling of the facility of Northrop Grumman to handle some of the testing of the NEW Telescope. The James Webb will be replacing the 25 year-old Hubble Space Telescope in 2021. The clean-room and high temperature application required strict specifications for the winch. Though a small piece of a much larger project, Saturn continues to be of use in critical applications. Safety and service for our country and even outer space endeavors.
