SATURN is the largest producer of drive tractors, engineered to push and pull rolling loads along monorails. Built in the USA and readily available, SATURN tractors are commonly used to motorize manual bridge cranes and trolley hoists. They are also an ideal solution when legacy trolley drives fail and replacement parts are unavailable – or cost-prohibitive.
Saturn offers three Tractor models that cover a very wide range of capacity, speed and service requirements:
Light/Medium Duty, BLUE/ORANGE/RED Class Units
Heavy Duty, BLUE/ORANGE/RED Class Units
Extra Heavy Duty, Custom-Built Units Only
SATURN’s Extra Heavy Duty T-200 Units are always custom designed and built to meet the specific need. These 2HP to 5HP units are typically used on higher capacity, higher speed and/or incline applications. Many times, a positive drive mechanism is included in the design of these tractors.
